Europe's most accurate model for hospital processes

sqior processes and analyzes millions of data points from daily clinical operations. Our technology forms the foundation for intelligent assistants that understand hospital workflows and optimize them in real time – evidence-based and scientifically validated.

How it works:

Your IT systems and medical devices produce a live picture of how your hospital actually runs – without the manual entries a HIS demands for it. Every event lands in your hospital's process model.

The model continuously measures process times, bottlenecks and utilisation, and sets them against comparable hospitals. What has not been reported yet counts too – a likely admission through the emergency department, for instance.

From the bottlenecks it has measured, the model derives concrete recommendations in real time: the order of procedures, staffing and resource planning.

The recommendation reaches the responsible role where they work – pushed to iOS, Android, web or DECT. The sqior app is the most widely used app for OR and bed management processes in Germany, driving several tens of thousands of processes every day.

Whether a recommendation was acted on, and what it changed, flows back into the model. Every pass starts more accurate than the one before.

Basic app functions

Our app is the most widely used app for OR and bed management processes. Because our model learns from countless mobile interactions, a great many details decide whether it stays privacy-compliant and genuinely usable at the same time:

Process Database. Europe's most accurate model for clinical process data. Captures and correlates events from OR, ward, and emergency department in real time.

Secure Push Notifications. Targeted notifications to the right people at the right time – encrypted and GDPR-compliant.

Data Protection & Hosting. GDPR-compliant operation: the data-processing software runs exclusively on-premises in the hospital's data center, so patient data is never processed in a cloud.

LDAP/AD Integration. Automatic user authentication via your existing Active Directory or LDAP directory. Single Sign-On for all sqior applications.

HIS/EMR Connectivity (HL7/FHIR). Standardized interfaces to all major hospital information systems via HL7v2, FHIR, and proprietary connectors.

MDM Integration. Seamless connection to Mobile Device Management systems for secure device distribution and app management in hospitals.
